A few weeks before school was out the German classes got to go to Germany. It was a 5 day trip, on a coach, with lots of 13 year olds. Yikes. Poor teachers. Well, Megs had a blast. It was really fun to see her pictures, mostly taken by a friend, from the 13 year old perspective. Needless to say there weren't many pictures of the architecture or historical sites but mostly of people sleeping on the bus or hanging out. You know how it goes. I tried to take my camera to the departing - wanting to get a great photo of all the kids by the bus at 2am. But that wasn't allowed.

Megs had a fantastic time. She got a lot closer to her friends and made some great memories. Thank you to all the family that helped her out with the cost. She saved her money throughout the school year to help pay for the trip, did jobs around the house and put aside her christmas and bday cash from the previous year. It was worth it for her. She had a great week. Thanks!
Seriously, one of the highlights was playing in the fountains! All of them.
