Langland beach was beautiful. It is a tidal beach so it is interesting too-once the tide went out there were rock pools to investigate and big rocks to climb on.

Once the tide went out there was a large stretch of sand that held enough water allowing us to dig out our own private wading pool that was about 100 times warmer than the sea. The sea was FREEZING but Megs was young enough to body board in it.
The little green huts are either privately owned or rented out by the council. I am not sure which but they are really cute. People use them for storage and changing of course but also for a place to sit and have a cup of tea.

I was gonna say the same thing, what a sport your mom was. And little Em laughing from on top of her safe spot. My sister was the same way, didn't like the sand. Or snow for that matter.
