Yea! It is finally moving into summer. The warm weather seemed really slow this year... the daffodils and tulips came out (signifying spring to me) and then it got gray, cold and cloudy all over again. But now I think summer is really on the way. We live in what is considered a rural area so once you drive out of our little town you are in the countryside and it is beautiful this time of year. There are a lot of crops and orchards around. This is a picture trying to capture the beauty of the vibrant yellow rapeseed fields. Rapeseed is also know as Canola (I think used to make the oil). We have 4 main roads that connect our town to everything else and when you travel on 3 of them these are the types of fields you would see. Beautiful, but if you are prone to allergies, very irritating!
